Please read the below information carefully. It is our recommendations to keep a copy of our Terms and Conditions for future reference. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We, House of Prams, reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Acceptance of an Order
The contract in respect of the product/s order comes into force once House of Prams has accepted your order. You will be notified of this upon receipt of an order confirmation. An order number will need to be quoted for any correspondence ahead of this point.
Right to Cancel
All orders (excluding made to order items) are subject to a 14 day cooling off period. If you notify us after your product/s have already been dispatched we may not be able to prevent delivery and you will be liable for both delivery and collection costs.

Deliveries take place Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays and weekends, however, please allow extra time during busy sales periods such as Christmas. In these circumstances, delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, however, we do aim to notify you if this is the case.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by a third party as a result of this, House of Prams cannot be held responsible. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is correct.
A minimum 6-month guarantee is offered with all manufacturers from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers any manufacturing faults but does not cover wear and tear.
Our recommendation is to register your guarantee with the manufacturer – details can be found on their website. If items need to be collected within their guarantee period, they will need to be boxed. This guarantee is free of charge and does not in any way, affect your statutory rights.
